We are an ambitious organisation founded by Deb Hall in the leafy, long established environs of Edgbaston in Birmingham.

We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to own their own home and financially protect the things that are important to them. We have over 30 years of combined experience working for, within and servicing building societies and banks. We have satisfied clients who have come back to us because they appreciate our efforts to get them the keys to their new home and make sure that their family, mortgage and income is protected against long term sickness, critical illness or premature death during the term of the mortgage.

Deb Hall

Deb heads up the Commercial Mortgages, Residential and Buy to Let team working tirelessly with her clients helping them purchase their residential or buy to let property in Birmingham, Solihull and London area making sure that they are able to secure the best residential or buy to let mortgage deal available on that day.

Deb has over 25 years’ experience working within the financial services sector, spending her first 10 years with The Woolwich Building Society in a variety of roles, including covering their retail banking operations to heading up the mortgage services team for the West Midlands and Wales division where she gained valuable lender experience.  She then went onto working within the mortgage broker sector in a business development role for 13 years with Pink Home Loans before establishing Eaton Financial Solutions and Eaton Mortgages and Protection LTD.

David Thompson

David has worked at Eaton Financial Solutions since its inception. Previously working in a variety of interim management roles, mainly in the social housing sector and helping private sector business owners to achieve business growth and success. David used his skills to develop a process to ensure that the customer service delivery was second to none with customers returning to Eaton time and time again for their needs. He then re-trained to become the Insurance specialist and has quickly adapted to the role and enjoys making sure that the clients and their families are fully protected against the curve balls that life can sometimes throw at you.

Ashlyn works within the mortgage management team working with our clients throughout their mortgage term to make sure they obtain the best residential or buy to let mortgage deal each time their fixed rate mortgage deal is coming to an end.

Ashlyn also provides support to make sure that our client’s mortgage applications progress from application to formal offer as fast as humanly possible. Ashlyn will handle your application in a professional friendly manner, liaising with your lender, estate agent and solicitor saving you time and money.

Our fees range from £349 – £500, our typical fee is £349, the initial consultation and sourcing of a mortgage is free, with fees becoming part payable upon full application.

Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up payments on your mortgage.
