Helping you to protect your property and contents is an important part of what we do. We have access to an extensive range of industry leading providers who will be able to insure your buildings, household contents and personal effects within a matter of hours.

Building insurance is a requirement of the lenders and must be in place before you are able to get the keys to your new home. As we usually have the full details of the property you will be purchasing, we can automatically sort out your buildings and contents insurance using a provider that is approved by your lender to ensure your asset is fully protected.

There are no upfront fees to pay and premiums can be paid annually or monthly with excesses from as little as £100.00.
